Building Brighter Futures Together

Growing Hope

At The Jimmy Simpson Foundation, every day is rooted in a simple but powerful belief: every individual living with brain injury deserves compassionate care, meaningful connection, and a future filled with possibility.

And right now, something incredible is happening.

A Season of Growth

If you’ve been following along, you may have noticed—change is in motion. What once started as a vision is now becoming reality. Preparations are underway to expand Safehaven, our life-long residential care program, to meet the growing need in our community.

Why does this matter?

Because too many families are navigating brain injury alone—searching for answers, support, and a place where their loved one can truly thrive.

We’re changing that.

More Than a Place—A Purpose

At the heart of our work is Safehaven—a place where individuals living with brain injury are not just cared for, but truly known, valued, and supported.

But our impact doesn’t stop there.

Through Carol’s Light, we are building a community of connection—bringing together individuals, caregivers, and families for encouragement, education, and shared experiences.

And through Foundations for the Future, we are looking ahead—expanding our reach, increasing capacity, and ensuring that no one is left behind.

Why Expansion Matters

Right now, the need is greater than ever.

Families are waiting.
Communities are searching for resources.
Lives are ready to be transformed.

Our goal is to double our capacity—growing from 12 to 24 beds—so that more individuals can receive the care and support they deserve.

This isn’t just growth—it’s opportunity.

Opportunity for healing.
Opportunity for connection.
Opportunity for brighter futures.

You’re Part of This Story

None of this happens without you.

Whether you’ve supported us through an event, shared our mission, volunteered your time, or made a donation—you are helping build something that truly changes lives.

And there are so many ways to continue making an impact:

Every action—big or small—helps move us forward.

Looking Ahead

As we continue this journey, one thing remains clear:

We are stronger together.

Together, we are creating a future where individuals with brain injury—and their families—are never left to navigate care alone.

Together, we are building something lasting.

Together, we are creating brighter lives.

Join us. Support us. Grow with us.

Because the future we’re building starts right now.
